We offer gentle yet powerful hatha yoga classes that strengthen and restore both body and soul. If there is a particular physical, emotional or spiritual intention you would like to explore, Hannah can create a custom yoga class for you that includes poses, breathing exercises and meditation around that theme. All levels are welcome—whether you’re brand new or deep in your practice.
With over 500 hours of training, Hannah’s yoga practice is rooted in helping students unite body, breath, and awareness to discover who they truly are. Her classes blend traditional hatha yoga, restorative poses, the anatomical and energetic inquiries of Donna Farhi, and the simple tension-releasing movements informed by vagus nerve research.
